The latest ICC Women’s ODI Rankings have seen notable changes following recent bilateral series, with Australia’s Alana King reclaiming the No.1 position in the bowling charts, while India’s Smriti Mandhana continues to lead the batting rankings.

These updates come amid strong performances in recent series, including New Zealand’s 2-1 ODI win over South Africa — following their 4-1 T20I series victory — and Australia’s 3-0 ODI sweep of West Indies. With the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup scheduled in England and Wales from June 12 to July 5, 2026, the rankings reflect the current form across teams.

Batting Rankings: New Zealand Players Rise

Smriti Mandhana remains at the top of the ODI batting rankings, while several New Zealand players have made significant progress after their home series against South Africa.

Maddy Green climbed four places to ninth, reaching a career-best rating of 642. Captain Amelia Kerr also moved up, rising six spots to joint 14th following her unbeaten 179 in the second ODI at the Basin Reserve.

Australia’s Ellyse Perry advanced to 10th position (640 points) after scoring 77 runs in three innings against West Indies.

South Africa’s Chloe Tryon moved up five places to 34th (536 points) after scoring 90 runs, including an unbeaten half-century. Annerie Dercksen also improved her position, rising to 40th (489 points) after scoring 119 runs at an average of 59.50.

West Indies all-rounder Chenille Henry climbed eight spots to 47th (457 points) after scoring 99 runs in the series against Australia.

    Other notable movements included:

    • Isabella Gaze (New Zealand) up to 56th (430 points)
    • Deandra Dottin (West Indies) up to 61st (395 points)
    • Sinalo Jafta (South Africa) up to joint 76th (332 points)
    • Nicola Carey (Australia) up to 89th (301 points)
    • Jess Kerr (New Zealand) up to joint 99th (280 points)

Bowling Rankings: King Back on Top

Alana King has returned to the top of the ODI bowling rankings following Australia’s dominant tour of the Caribbean. Her five-wicket haul in the final ODI in St Kitts played a key role in Australia’s 3-0 series win.

King’s performance helped her move ahead of England’s Sophie Ecclestone in the latest update. She finished the match with figures of 5/19, including 44 dot balls, as Australia secured a nine-wicket victory.

India’s Deepti Sharma moved up to joint eighth (614 points) alongside Australia’s Kim Garth.

South Africa’s Ayabonga Khaka rose five places to 12th (595 points) after taking nine wickets in the series, including a six-wicket haul.

Other movements in the bowling rankings include:

    • Chamari Athapaththu (Sri Lanka) up to 38th (418 points)
    • Rosemary Mair (New Zealand) up to 43rd (396 points)
    • Tumi Sekhukhune (South Africa) up to joint 60th (357 points)
    • Bree Illing (New Zealand) up to 66th (344 points)
    • Sune Luus (South Africa) up to 68th (332 points)
    • Nensi Patel (New Zealand) up to 86th (277 points)
    • Nicola Carey (Australia) up to joint 89th (272 points)
    • Tahlia McGrath (Australia) up to 94th (268 points)
    • Ashmini Munisar (West Indies) up to 99th (253 points)

All-Rounder Rankings: Gardner Retains Top Spot

Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner continues to lead the ODI all-rounder rankings.

Alana King also made gains in this category, climbing to seventh (281 points), moving ahead of England’s Nat Sciver-Brunt.

Amelia Kerr improved her standing to fourth, overtaking Marizanne Kapp following her contributions with both bat and ball in the ODI series against South Africa.

South Africa’s Chloe Tryon and Sune Luus both advanced, moving to joint 12th (223 points) and 15th (185 points) respectively.

    Further changes include:

    • Chenille Henry (West Indies) up to joint 25th (138 points)
    • Tahlia McGrath (Australia) up to 30th (126 points)
