The Hundred 2026 is set to feature some of the biggest names in women’s cricket, and Indian fans will have plenty to cheer for. Following a major overhaul that introduced the tournament’s first player auction and doubled the salary cap, four Indian women cricketers have secured contracts across three different franchises.

Running from July 21 to August 16, 2026, the competition will once again showcase world-class talent. This guide provides the complete list of India Women Players in The Hundred 2026, their franchises, and their contract values.

Deepti SharmaSunrisers LeedsAuction Buy£27,500 (Approx. ₹34 lakh)

The quartet will represent three franchises, giving Indian supporters multiple teams to follow throughout the tournament.

    Manchester Super Giants

Manchester Super Giants, formerly known as Manchester Originals, boast the strongest Indian presence with two star players in their squad.

Smriti Mandhana returns to The Hundred after missing the previous edition. Signed directly for £90,000, she remains one of the biggest names in the competition. Mandhana also holds a special record, becoming the first woman to score more than 500 runs in The Hundred. Her partnership with Australian captain Meg Lanning makes Manchester’s top order one of the strongest in the tournament.

Joining her is wicketkeeper-batter Richa Ghosh, who was purchased for £50,000 during the auction. Known for her explosive batting in the middle order, Richa adds finishing power and reliable wicketkeeping skills, making her a valuable addition to the franchise.

    Southern Brave

Jemimah Rodrigues will represent Southern Brave after being secured as a direct pre-signing.

One of the most consistent Indian batters in English conditions, Jemimah brings stability and experience to the batting unit. Her ability to rotate the strike while accelerating when required complements a strong line-up featuring international stars such as Laura Wolvaardt and Maia Bouchier.

Her contract worth £60,000 highlights the franchise’s confidence in her ability to perform on the biggest stage.

    Sunrisers Leeds

All-rounder Deepti Sharma will play for Sunrisers Leeds, the franchise formerly known as Northern Superchargers.

Signed during the auction for £27,500, Deepti offers excellent balance with both bat and ball. Her off-spin can be highly effective during the powerplay, while her finishing ability adds depth to the batting order. Her versatility makes her one of the most valuable all-rounders in the competition.

Indian Cricketers in The Hundred Yet to Find Teams

While four Indian stars earned contracts, several notable players went unsold during the inaugural player auction.

The list includes Yastika Bhatia, Shreyanka Patil, Radha Yadav, Pooja Vastrakar and Shikha Pandey, all of whom failed to attract bids despite the expanded salary cap.

India Women – The Hundred Teams

The 2026 season will see Indian representation spread across Manchester Super Giants, Southern Brave and Sunrisers Leeds. With experienced internationals like Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh and Deepti Sharma featuring prominently, Indian fans will have several reasons to follow this year’s competition.

As The Hundred enters a new era with its revamped auction system, these four Indian stars will be eager to leave their mark and help their respective franchises compete for the title.
