The Women’s Hundred has produced several outstanding batters since its launch in 2021, with some of the biggest names in world cricket consistently delivering match-winning performances. After another exciting season, Nat Sciver-Brunt remains the leading run scorer in the competition’s history, becoming the first player to cross the 1,200 run mark.

Here is a look at the updated list of the most runs in The Women’s Hundred, along with answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about the tournament’s batting records.

Who Has the Most Runs in The Hundred?

If you are wondering who has the most runs in the Hundred, the answer is: Nat Sciver-Brunt.

The England all-rounder has scored 1,223 runs while representing Trent Rockets, making her the first player to surpass the 1,200 run milestone in the tournament.

Known for her consistency and ability to perform under pressure, Sciver-Brunt has been one of the standout performers since the competition began and continues to set the standard for batting excellence.

Highest Run Scorers in Women’s Hundred

Here are the current highest run scorers Women’s Hundred rankings:

    3Sophia DunkleySouthern Brave / Welsh Fire1,065
    4Laura WolvaardtNorthern Superchargers / Manchester Originals / Southern Brave1,036

Sciver-Brunt leads the way comfortably, while Danni Wyatt-Hodge has also crossed the 1,100-run mark. Sophia Dunkley and Laura Wolvaardt have each scored more than 1,000 runs, highlighting their consistency across multiple editions of the tournament.

England opener Tammy Beaumont completes the top five with 825 runs.

    Consistency Has Been the Key

One reason these players dominate the list is their ability to perform year after year.

Sciver-Brunt has combined power with consistency, while Wyatt-Hodge has built her tally through aggressive starts at the top of the order. Dunkley has been one of England’s most reliable batters in The Hundred, and Wolvaardt’s elegant stroke play has made her one of the competition’s most dependable overseas players.

With several seasons still ahead, these records are likely to continue changing as the tournament grows.

Who Is the Most Run Scorer in All-format Women’s History?

While Nat Sciver-Brunt leads the charts in The Hundred, the answer to “Who is the most run scorer in all format women’s history?” is Mithali Raj of India.

The legendary batter finished her international career with 10,868 runs across Tests, One-Day Internationals, and T20 Internationals.

    Her international record includes:

    • 7,805 ODI runs (the highest in women’s ODI history)
    • 2,364 T20I runs
    • 699 Test runs

England legend Charlotte Edwards follows with 10,273 international runs, while New Zealand star Suzie Bates has also crossed the 10,000-run mark across all formats.

Most Runs in The Women’s Hundred Continues to Grow

The race for the most runs in The Women’s Hundred remains one of the competition’s most exciting records. With stars like Nat Sciver-Brunt, Danni Wyatt-Hodge, Sophia Dunkley, and Laura Wolvaardt continuing to feature, fans can expect plenty of changes to the leaderboard in the coming seasons.

As The Hundred continues to expand, the battle to become the tournament’s greatest batter is only becoming more competitive.
