The 2026 player auction for The Hundred Women’s competition witnessed several leading cricketers attracting substantial bids as franchises aimed to bolster their squads with a mix of proven performers and emerging talent. Below is a closer look at some of the marquee signings and their records in the tournament.

Amy Jones – €70K (London Spirit)

England wicketkeeper-batter Amy Jones was signed by London Spirit for €70K after entering the auction with a base price of €50K. Jones has established herself as a reliable contributor in the competition, amassing 634 runs in 38 matches at a strike rate of 129.

Sarah Glenn – €75K (Southern Brave)

Leg-spinner Sarah Glenn joined Southern Brave for €75K. Across 40 matches in The Hundred, she has claimed 39 wickets, with best figures of 4/22 and an economy rate of 7.18, highlighting her effectiveness as a strike option.

Davina Perrin – €50K (Birmingham Phoenix)

Nineteen-year-old right-hand batter and leg-break bowler Davina Perrin secured a €50K contract with Birmingham Phoenix. She has already made an impression in the tournament with 293 runs from 14 matches at a strike rate of 129 and remains the only centurion in the women’s competition apart from Tammy Beaumont.

Deepti Sharma – €27.5K (Sunrisers Leeds)

Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma was acquired by Sunrisers Leeds at her base price of €27.5K. In 16 matches, the left-handed batter and off-spinner has scored 289 runs at a strike rate of 126 and taken 18 wickets, including best bowling figures of 3/18.

Beth Mooney – €210K (Trent Rockets)

Australian wicketkeeper-batter Beth Mooney emerged as one of the headline signings, with Trent Rockets securing her services for €210K. She has compiled 571 runs in 22 matches at a strike rate of 134, including four half-centuries.

Nadine de Klerk – €170K (London Spirit)

South African all-rounder Nadine de Klerk attracted a strong bid, joining London Spirit for €170K. Although she has featured in only two matches, she has already contributed 56 runs and claimed two wickets.

Sophie Devine – €210K (Welsh Fire)

Matching Mooney as one of the highest-paid players, New Zealand all-rounder Sophie Devine was signed by Welsh Fire for €210K. Devine has scored 576 runs in 28 matches at a strike rate of 117 and has also taken 16 wickets.

Sophie Molineux – €47.5K (Southern Brave)

Australian left-arm spinner Sophie Molineux was picked up by Southern Brave for €47.5K. She has taken five wickets in six matches, with best figures of 2/11, adding depth to the team’s spin resources.

Tammy Beaumont – €70K (Birmingham Phoenix)

England batter Tammy Beaumont joined Birmingham Phoenix for €70K. She remains among the most consistent performers in the tournament, accumulating 825 runs in 36 matches at a strike rate of 121, including one century and two half-centuries.

Danielle Gibson – €190K (Sunrisers Leeds)

England all-rounder Danielle Gibson secured a significant €190K deal with Sunrisers Leeds. In 39 matches, she has scored 444 runs at a strike rate of 143 and taken 20 wickets, underlining her value as a multi-skilled player.

The outcomes of the 2026 auction once again reflected the growing stature and competitiveness of The Hundred Women’s competition, with franchises investing heavily in players capable of delivering immediate impact.
