Cricket Hong Kong’s U19 Women’s All Stars Series 2025–26 concluded with Jade Jets producing a commanding performance to complete a 3-0 sweep in the three-match T20 series against Bauhinia Stars.

Led by Fatima Amir, the Jade Jets maintained an unbeaten record throughout the series. In the opening fixture, the captain set the tone with a composed run-a-ball 26 (26 balls). However, it was Megan Leung’s impactful all-round display — scoring 19 off 31 balls and returning figures of 3/12 — that proved decisive as the Jets successfully defended their total of 106 to register a convincing 19-run victory.

Leung’s contributions earned her the Player of the Match award. In response, Bauhinia Stars relied on Myra Mukherjee (21 off 36 balls) and Tejasvi Rukmini Rajaram (20 off 28 balls) as their main contributors with the bat. Arna Senthilvel delivered an impressive spell of 3/21, while Rajaram also chipped in with one wicket, conceding just 6 runs to complement her batting effort.

Jets seal the series with clinical second win

In the second match, Bauhinia Stars once again struggled to build momentum, finishing on 95/9 in their allotted 20 overs. Storm Parker (18 off 20 balls) and Arna Senthilvel (15 off 28 balls) were the only batters to offer resistance as they attempted to push the total closer to the three-figure mark.

Megan Leung continued her strong form with the ball, claiming two wickets while conceding just 3 runs. Shloka Ganesh provided valuable support at the other end, picking up two wickets for only 8 runs in her spell.

During the chase, skipper Fatima Amir anchored the innings with a steady 49 (50 balls), guiding Jade Jets to victory with seven wickets in hand and 16 balls remaining to secure the series. Kashvi Thakkar (19* off 42 balls) played a useful supporting role. Amir was named Player of the Match, while Megan Leung (3/12) and Iris Ridgers (1/17) stood out with the ball for Bauhinia Stars.

Improved fight in final game not enough for Stars

In the third and final encounter, Bauhinia Stars showed greater composure with the bat, posting 101/5 — their first total above 100 in the series. Storm Parker led the scoring with an unbeaten 22 off 22 balls, while Arna Senthilvel contributed 18 off 25 balls.

Megan Leung and Shloka Ganesh maintained their consistency with the ball for Jade Jets, claiming a wicket each while conceding just 8 runs in their respective spells.

Encouraged by their improved batting display, the Stars also mounted a stronger defence, pushing the match to the final delivery. Jade Jets eventually held their nerve to clinch a four-wicket win with a ball to spare. Vedika Agarwal (22 off 21 balls) and Vanessa So (18 off 26 balls) made key contributions in the tense chase. Storm Parker was the standout bowler with figures of 3/16, supported by captain Karen Poon (1/25). Parker’s all-round effort earned her the Player of the Match honour.

Although Bauhinia Stars showed gradual improvement as the series progressed, Storm Parker and Arna Senthilvel were their most consistent performers. For Jade Jets, Megan Leung and Shloka Ganesh emerged as the leading contributors in a dominant series triumph.
