Manchester Super Giants Women continued their impressive run in The Hundred Women’s Competition 2026 with a six-wicket victory over MI London Women at the Kennington Oval, London. A disciplined bowling performance restricted MI London to just 92 before the Super Giants completed the chase comfortably with 28 balls to spare.

Manchester bowlers dominate from the start
After winning the opportunity to bowl first, Manchester Super Giants Women wasted no time putting MI London under pressure. Their disciplined bowling attack never allowed the batters to settle, with wickets falling regularly throughout the innings.

In that match, Manchester Super Giants Women produced another outstanding display by defeating London Spirit Women by seven wickets with 41 balls remaining.
After bowling London Spirit out for just 80 in 91 balls, the Super Giants chased the target with ease, finishing on 86/3 in only 59 balls.
Ryana MacDonald-Gay starred with the ball, claiming four important wickets to destroy the London Spirit batting line up. Grace Ballinger, Maitlan Brown, and Mady Villiers also provided excellent support with timely breakthroughs.
For London Spirit, Meg Lanning top scored with 17 runs, while Charlotte Dean made 14 and Charis Pavely contributed 13. However, regular wickets and sharp fielding, including excellent work behind the stumps by Richa Ghosh, prevented any meaningful partnerships.
