Captain Muneeba Ali delivered a commanding performance with the bat as Invincibles secured a convincing six-wicket victory over Strikers in the 11th match of the National Women’s T20 Tournament 2026 at the Ghani Glass Cricket Ground on Monday.

Strikers opted to bat first after winning the toss, but the decision did not yield the desired outcome as they posted 161/7 in their 20 overs despite a strong middle-order contribution from Aliya Riaz.

Riaz led the scoring for Strikers with a brisk 47 off 27 deliveries, striking six fours and a six. The opening pair of Sadaf Shamas (33) and Dua Majid (30) provided a steady start, while Saira Jabeen added 21 in the middle order.

Momina Riasat was the standout performer with the ball for Invincibles, returning figures of 3/20 in her four overs. Saima Malik supported with two wickets, and Tayyaba Imdad chipped in with one.

    Muneeba Anchors Comfortable Chase

Chasing 162, Invincibles completed the target with ease, reaching the total with four wickets down and nine balls remaining.

Muneeba Ali led from the front, remaining unbeaten on 90 off 55 balls, an innings that featured 16 boundaries. Her knock earned her the Player of the Match award and anchored the chase throughout.

She received support from opener Gull Feroza, who made 23, and Iram Javed, who contributed 34 in the middle order.

For Strikers, Tasmia Rubab and Rabia Rani claimed two wickets each, but their efforts were not enough to halt Invincibles’ progress.

    Invincibles Maintain Perfect Record

The win marked Invincibles’ sixth consecutive victory in the tournament, strengthening their position at the top of the standings. For Strikers, it was their third defeat in four matches, leaving them with ground to make up in the competition.
