The Women’s Hundred 2026 has reached its halfway stage, with 16 of the 32 league matches completed.
Four Indian players are participating in the women’s competition this season: Jemimah Rodrigues for Southern Brave, Smriti Mandhana and Richa Ghosh for Manchester Super Giants, and Deepti Sharma for Sunrisers Leeds.
Rodrigues has been the most consistent Indian batter so far, while Mandhana has produced the most memorable individual innings. Deepti has delivered several spectacular moments in the field, but Richa has struggled to build on a promising opening appearance.
Here is a closer look at how they have performed during the first half of the tournament.
Jemimah Rodrigues – Southern Brave

Rodrigues is currently the leading Indian run-scorer in the competition and has played an important role in Southern Brave’s perfect start. Brave have won each of their first five matches and sit at the top of the table, with Rodrigues providing valuable stability in the middle order.
She began the tournament with a single-digit score against Welsh Fire but responded strongly in the following matches.
Her best performance came against Sunrisers Leeds, when she scored an unbeaten 42 from 34 deliveries and was named Player of the Match.
Rodrigues followed that innings with scores of 32, 28 not out and 12. She has relied on her usual strengths, finding gaps, rotating the strike and punishing loose deliveries. The India batter has struck 12 boundaries so far and has regularly helped Southern Brave rebuild or control difficult chases.
Smriti Mandhana – Manchester Super Giants

Mandhana sits only nine runs behind Rodrigues despite playing two fewer innings. The Manchester Super Giants opener has provided powerful starts at the top of the order and produced one of the finest knocks of the tournament against Sunrisers Leeds.
Chasing 143, Mandhana remained unbeaten on 88 from 50 balls and carried Manchester to a four-wicket victory with four deliveries remaining.
It was her highest score in The Hundred across 32 innings.
Mandhana benefited from two dropped catches, receiving reprieves on 30 and 71, but punished Sunrisers by finishing the chase with a series of powerful strokes, including consecutive sixes.
She also completed two sharp catches during the same match.
Outside that outstanding innings, Mandhana has scored only 17 and four in her other two appearances. Manchester will hope she can turn her excellent form into more consistent contributions during the second half of the league stage.
Deepti Sharma – Sunrisers Leeds

Deepti has not yet produced her usual level of consistency with the ball, but she has delivered several outstanding moments in the field. Her best bowling performance came against MI London, when she claimed 2 for 20 and helped Sunrisers secure a seven-wicket victory.
Deepti dismissed both openers in that match. Her return catch to remove Hayley Matthews was particularly impressive, with the all-rounder reacting quickly and diving to her right to hold a powerful straight drive. She also removed Danni Wyatt-Hodge during the same spell.
Deepti has gone wicketless since that performance, but her fielding has continued to stand out.Against Manchester Super Giants, she produced a sensational one-handed catch at backward point to dismiss Paige Scholfield. Moving sharply to her left, Deepti threw herself towards the ball and completed the chance with her left hand.
She also took a low catch while running in from long-on to remove Sophie Molineux.
With the bat, Deepti has had only one opportunity so far, scoring a brisk 23 from 15 deliveries against Southern Brave.
Richa Ghosh – Manchester Super Giants

Richa has had the quietest tournament among the four Indian players.
She began positively by smashing an unbeaten 15 from only five deliveries against London Spirit. Her cameo included two sixes and helped Manchester complete a comfortable chase.
However, she has been unable to build on that performance.
Richa was dismissed while attempting attacking strokes in her next two innings. She will particularly regret missing the opportunity to take Manchester closer to victory against Trent Rockets.
Chasing 154, she scored 13 from eight balls before being dismissed as Manchester eventually fell 31 runs short.
Her strike rate of 168.42 demonstrates her attacking intent, but the wicketkeeper-batter will be eager to spend more time at the crease and provide greater support to Mandhana during the second half of the tournament.
Mandhana and Rodrigues Set the Standard
At the halfway point of the Women’s Hundred 2026, Mandhana and Rodrigues have emerged as the leading Indian performers.
Rodrigues has offered consistency and calmness for the unbeaten Southern Brave, while Mandhana has produced the most dominant individual innings with her unbeaten 88.
Deepti has contributed through her bowling, batting and exceptional fielding, although she will hope to take more wickets in the remaining matches.
Richa, meanwhile, still has time to rediscover her best form and make a decisive impact for Manchester Super Giants as the race for the knockout stages intensifies.
