Four Indian players featured in the Women’s Hundred 2026, with Smriti Mandhana, Jemimah Rodrigues, Richa Ghosh and Deepti Sharma representing different franchises.

Mandhana finished as the leading Indian run-scorer, while Deepti was the standout bowler and the only Indian player to reach the knockout stage. Jemimah’s promising campaign ended early because of a hamstring injury, while Richa produced flashes of her attacking ability for Manchester Super Giants.

    1. Smriti Mandhana – 232 Runs

Mandhana was the most productive Indian batter, scoring 232 runs in seven matches for Manchester Super Giants.

She averaged 38.66 at a strike rate of 138.92, hitting 22 fours and nine sixes. Her best innings was an unbeaten 88, which stood out as one of Manchester’s strongest individual batting performances.

Despite Mandhana’s consistent contributions, Manchester Super Giants failed to reach the playoffs.

    2. Jemimah Rodrigues – 143 Runs

Jemimah scored 143 runs in six matches for Southern Brave at an average of 35.75 and a strike rate of 131.19.

Her best score was an unbeaten 42, while she regularly provided stability in the middle order. That 42 not out was particularly important in Southern Brave’s five-wicket victory over Sunrisers Leeds.

However, a hamstring injury ended her tournament before the knockout stage, ruling her out despite Brave qualifying for the Eliminator.

    3. Richa Ghosh – 114 Runs

Richa finished with 114 runs from seven matches for Manchester Super Giants.

She averaged 19.00 with a strike rate of 125.27, hitting 10 fours and six sixes. Her biggest contribution was a 54, her only half-century of the tournament.

Richa showed her trademark power at times but struggled to produce significant scores consistently throughout the league stage.

    4. Deepti Sharma – 12 Wickets

Deepti was India’s standout bowler and one of Sunrisers Leeds’ most important performers.

She took 12 wickets from eight league matches, with best figures of 3/11. Deepti conceded 152 runs from 130 deliveries, finishing with a bowling average of 12.66, an economy rate of 7.01 and a strike rate of 10.83.

Her batting opportunities were limited, with 29 runs from two innings and a highest score of 23.

More importantly, Sunrisers Leeds qualified for the knockout stage, making Deepti the only Indian player still competing for the Women’s Hundred 2026 title.
